We only ask for such information as is necessary for the efficient administration of the bell tower. We do not collect sensitive personal data unless there is a legitimate reason for this &#8211; for example to fulfil our safeguarding responsibilities.<\/p>\n<h3>How will we use the information about you?<\/h3>\n<p>We use your personal information in order to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>maintain contact with ringing member of the band;<\/li>\n<li>maintain contact with a responsible adult in the case of ringers under the age of 18;<\/li>\n<li>administer donations and sponsorships;<\/li>\n<li>send you information about the restoration appeal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Access to the data is restricted to those personnel who administer Kildwick Ringers.<\/p>\n<h3>Legal Basis<\/h3>\n<p>Personal data is not collected and processed without your unconditional consent or where there is a legitimate reason.<\/p>\n<h3>Access to your data and correction<\/h3>\n<p>All personal data is stored on a secured personal computer and is not accessible over the internet. We want to make sure that your personal information is correct and in order to maintain the accuracy, you can request a copy of the details held by contacting any officer of Kildwick Ringers. (See the <a href=\"https:\/\/kildwickringers.org.uk\/index.php\/contact-us\/\">Contact Us<\/a> page)<\/p>\n<h3>Retention of Data<\/h3>\n<p>Data is retained for approximately twenty four months.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do we share this information with anyone else?<\/h3>\n<p>Kildwick Ringers does not pass collected data to any third party unless required to do so by law. It should be noted that names of ringers will appear in Yorkshire Association of Change Ringers but that this data is supplied separately by ringers to the YACR MemberMojo system.\u00a0 It is not provided from the Kildwick Ringers data.<\/p>\n<h3>Transfer of data outside the European Economic Zone (EEA)<\/h3>\n<p>Wherever possible Kildwick Ringers does not use servers that are based outside the EEA.
